Deptford Goth excels at creating sparse, delicate songs that manage to come off just as exciting as they are soothing. The video for “Bloody Lip” shares the austere simplicity of the song, featuring an older bearded man lip-syncing to the song with minimal editing. I’d say more but this song’s gentle melody has lulled me into a blissful coma and I’d rather not wake back up.
