I’ve blogged about Röyksopp before and I blog about them again so soon because they have a new album coming out in less than a month. Their video for the first single just hit the interweb and it is actually kinda really cool. I’m curious to hear the whole album. This song starts out sounding very much like their first record, but then in the last minute it has more in common with their second. I’m excited either way. Enjoy the video:

I don’t have twitter. Should I? I sometimes chat. Not much, because I find most people don’t chat anymore. If anything I usually chat with people on Facebook. I more text than anything else.

Because I have sneaky friends who download evvvvverything.
Twitter is OK. It’s like a more ADD version of LJ. You can have updates go to your phone if you want (and you can update from your phone).
It’s just the newest thing. It’s pretty bare bones, which I think many people like.

Maybe I’ll try and zip the Royskopp tonight and get it to you via email.

The other ones. I never had any before, so I just assumed what I was getting was the latest (I’ve gotten plenty of other albums before they came out from this same friend before).

Well, I primarily LJ at work, so it’s not a big deal – it does however go outside of my regular LJ lines and messes up the Friends page a wee bit. =x

Hmm…your Friends page looks fine on my computer. It must have something to do with the browsers we are using. How much smaller do you think that it would have to go so that it wouldn’t screw things up?

Aw, come on! It worked when I sent it to you. That’s stupid. Have you tried just torrenting it? I’m sure that they can’t shut that down. Stupid internet police. I’ve listened to the album twice now and I still plan on buying it, as soon as I actually CAN buy it.

I briefly tried searching for a torrent and got frustrated. All the sites want you to join. I think I’ll just ask my usual downloading friends to get it for me. haha. I do appreciate you trying though, thanks!

Not sure if the new Royksopp link works. I got it from a friend. I do know that this new Miss Kittin & the Hacker link works though, and it sounds great!
