Finally we get an official video for what is so far one of the top five songs of 2012. You can’t help but love “Get Free”, from its relaxed reggae vibes to its powerful lyrics and vocals from Dirty Projectors’ own Amber Coffman, but the original video always felt like nothing more than a placeholder for the video that we now have. Shot entirely in Jamaica, this video fits the vibe of the song really well and acts as a great travelogue for today’s real Jamaica.
