I think that actually makes me like Frodo more.
You know, if Frodo busted out the Puppet Master for the Orcs, maybe they would have finally understood that they were mere pawns in Sauron’s chess game for Middle Earth and let the poor bugger throw the ring into Mt. Doom unhindered.
