My computer always updates itself for Daylight Savings Time, but this morning? Not so much.

That’s because it’s not normally starting now. It changed. Usually it’s at the end of the month of March. They (the powers that be) decided to make it sooner, to last longer.
You have to either do it manually, or download a patch for it through Microsoft Windows.
