I just watched the disk in my BBC History of World War II DVD box about When Hitler Fought Stalin. Man. I don’t think we’ll ever really be able to comprehend the bloodshed and complete lack of humanity that was shown on both sides of that conflict. 33 Million Dead. Terror from every side. To have survived that kind of war you had to either have really good karma…or the really bad.
All my favorite things as I discover them…or as soon as I get bored enough at work to write about it.

Not to belittle the millions of dead, but…
who would win in a fight – Hitler or Stalin?
If I had to place a bet, I’d put my money on Hitler. Stalin is a little bit bigger a man, but Hitler has that firey passion. Stalin always seems to me to look like he’s scared someone will figure out life would be so much easier if they just bumped him off.
