Well, Summer is officially over early this year. Tonight, August 21st at 8PM sees the premiere of season two of Prison Break on FOX, thus effectively breaking my summer-long fast on broadcast television. Sigh. Let the madness begin again.
I use MSN Explorer as my web browser, mainly because IE is so damned overrun with spyware that it just sucks using it. And with MSN Explorer there is a little box on the left hand side of the screen that I guess is supposed to keep you up to date on current events and whatnot. I like checking out the headlines. I never read the articles. I am curious though, because although everything else changes, at least once a week I read the following headline: “FLA: Non-residents asked to evacuate lower Keys.” Every week. What the hell is going on in the Florida Keys? Is it just that the locals can’t stand the tourists? “Hey, non-residents, buy a house or get the fuck out!” I think that would probably happen in my town. “NY: Non-residents asked to evacuate lower Hoosick Falls. And don’t let the door hit you in the ass on your way out, fools!”
