OK, the Apprentice season finale was the biggest crock of shit ever. The show is three hours long, OK. It’s been pretty obvious since about week 3 that Kelly was going to win because he was the only remotely qualified person in the entire batch. Jen on the other hand has been an extreme fuck up since the beginning, the only thing she’s good at being pointing out the weaknesses of others.

So, 9:30, a half-hour in, the pre-taped section ends. We’ve seen the tasks. We’ve seen the boardroom. All that’s left is to hire someone. So what do we do? Ask half of New York who they think should be hired, of course! Aside from just being horribly, horribly boring it was also extremely humiliating for Jen, whom no one even remotely liked. Aside from people who knew her before the show, no one had anything positive to say. Her previous boss even wished (trying to help her) that she would come back to work for him. Uh, thanks.

To add insult to injury Trump said that although last year he knew who he was hiring before they started taping, this time he didn’t know. Yeah right! Last year was WAY closer. This year it wasn’t even close. Then after asking everyone who they thought they should win they…well, to be honest after about five minutes of that I flipped the channel. I couldn’t take it. I waited, flipped back. Still going. Finally I just went upstairs and watched the O.C. I taped for my sister. I flipped back during commercial breaks. Not even at 10 o’clock did we have a fucking winner! 10:10 we finally had someone chosen (who was, uh, Kelly) FORTY MINUTES after the boardroom ended. I didn’t even bother to watch the after show show. Too fucking fed up with that. What the hell were they thinking? I wanted to kill someone. Who ever set that up should definitely be fired.
